Recurring Subscription Service Agreement

Important Notice

Welcome to use the auto-renewal entrusted debit service (hereinafter referred to as "continuous monthly subscription service" or "the Service"). In order to protect the rights and interests of paid premium users (hereinafter referred to as "VIP" or "you"), please read all the contents of this service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") in detail before using the Service. Your subscription and use of the service is considered that you have read and voluntarily accept all the contents of this service agreement, that is, you have reached an agreement with Voya platform and voluntarily accept all the contents of this agreement.

Article I. Acceptance and amendment of the service agreement

1.1 The content of this agreement includes the body of the agreement; Voya platform has been issued or may be issued / updated in the future of various types of rules. All rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of the Agreement. If there is a conflict between the body of the Agreement and the aforementioned rules, the body of the Agreement shall prevail. Unless otherwise expressly stated, your use of the Continuous Subscription Service is governed by this Agreement.

1.2 If this Agreement and related terms of service are amended due to business development, Voya Platform will announce it on the official platform. You can go to the latest version of the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms and conditions after the Voya Platform has modified them, you may choose to terminate the use of the continuous monthly service. If you continue to use the service, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.

Article 2 Service Description

2.1 Under the premise that you have subscribed this service, you authorize the Voya platform to entrust the App Store, Google Play Store, operator withholding or other payment platforms authorized by Voya to provide products and services and other payment channels to deduct the next billing cycle fees from the third-party account bound to your Voya account when the VIP validity period is about to expire.

2.2 Auto-renewal: Voya platform entrusts the third-party payment channels to collect the monthly fee for the next billing cycle of VIP through the account mentioned in Article 2.1, and record the payment in the VIP payment record, and extend the VIP validity period accordingly. You shall ensure that the third party payment channel is successful in debiting the above mentioned account, and you shall be responsible for any failure of renewal due to insufficient debit balance in the above mentioned account (including but not limited to termination of VIP service, inability to participate in VIP activities, etc.).

2.3 By choosing the third party payment channel to enjoy the service, you will be deemed to have agreed to the third party payment channel to issue debit instructions and agreed that the third party payment channel can debit the next billing cycle from the above account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information.

Article 3 Continuous subscription use rules

3.1 If you subscribe this service, you are deemed to authorize Voya Platform to deduct the VIP fee of fixed billing cycle from your third party payment account balance when your Voya Platform VIP is about to expire, the specific deduction node is 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle.

3.3 After you choose to use this service, unless you choose to terminate this service, your automatic deduction of the Voya platform commission is irrevocable, Voya platform based on this service in the payment method you choose when you subscribe the automatic renewal service deducted fees, not in any way to the fees paid by you to be refunded.

3.4 If the price of the Voya Platform VIP monthly service is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, the Voya Platform will announce the modification on the relevant page before the deduction and deduct the price in effect at the time.

3.5 Voya platform does not charge any handling fee for you to subscribe this service, but Voya platform has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the auto-renewal period and fee according to the business needs or market changes, etc., and to announce it on the relevant page.

3.6 Voya platform to provide you with this service is limited to your use in Voya platform, any malicious crack and other illegal means to avoid renewal and use of VIP services constitute a violation of this agreement. All legal consequences arising there from are the responsibility of the perpetrator, Voya platform will pursue the legal responsibility of the perpetrator according to law.

Article 4 Service suspension, interruption and termination

4.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by Voya Platform, the Service will be effective for a long period of time. This Agreement shall be effective from the time you choose to accept or use the Service until the time you terminate the Service or cancel your VIP status.

4.2 Voya platform has the right to immediately terminate the service to you without liability to you or any third party in the event of one of the following.

(1) by the local political and legal organs to confirm that you have illegal or infringing behavior, or Voya platform according to its own judgment, that your behavior is suspected of violating the content of this Agreement or the content of the rules of use published by Voya platform from time to time, or suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations.

(2) your behavior interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of the Voya platform.

(3) Voya Platform believes that there are significant risks in providing this service to you.

4.3 Voya Platform may choose to suspend, interrupt and discontinue the Service for reasons such as its own business decisions. In such cases, the Voya Platform will notify you by way of announcement.

4.4 You have the right to terminate the Service at any time, after which the Voya Platform will cease to provide the Service to you. Method of termination. 4.5 You have entrusted the Voya Platform to automatically renew the chargeback instructions before you choose to terminate the Service, and the Voya Platform will not refund the chargeback once it is successful and will subscribe a monthly service for you for the next billing cycle

Article 5 Other Agreements

5.1 Pricing: Voya operates a global business and pricing is influenced by a variety of factors. We often offer promotional pricing - which varies by region, subscription term, package size, and other factors. We also regularly test new features and payment methods.

5.2 Legal and Dispute Resolution: This agreement applies to the laws and regulations of your location and excludes the application of all conflict of laws provisions. In the event of a dispute, you and Voya platform agree to submit the dispute to the court of the location of the Voya operator company for adjudication. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. The costs of arbitration shall be borne by the losing party.

5.2 Voya Platform's failure to exercise, failure to exercise in a timely manner or failure to fully exercise the rights provided for in this Agreement or in accordance with the law shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights and shall not affect Voya Platform's exercise of such rights in the future.
